This is a great class for dancers wanting to improve their jumps, leaps, turns and floor transitions. Each class has a thorough warm up with emphasis on alignment and preparation for skills being taught that day.
Dancers are highly encouraged to come to the Flexibility and Conditioning class offered prior to this class to fully warm up, stretch and condition their body. These two classes combined are sure to give any dancer the ultimate training for any dance technique they take on.
