The bodyART method is a physical therapy based approach to movement training.  The class will prevent injuries, reduce pain and create sustainable longevity for your knees, hips, shoulders and back.  You will leave the class recharged, rebalanced and a delightfully sweaty mess!

Dancer Checklist:

  • Mat class – bring your own towel cause you’ll need it
  • bare feet
  • comfortable clothes to move in
  • water/hair tie
